Railway Inspection
with GNSS-less flight
Deployed in a 1.5 km underground tunnel between Caoya Station and Kaohsiung International Airport Station.
-
Z-pattern autonomous flight covers all beams and tunnel structures
-
AI detects cracks, water leaks, rail issues, and foreign objects
-
Captures over 3,000 high-res images per mission
-
Integrated with live video, auto-reporting, and task dispatch
-
Improves inspection efficiency by 50%, cuts manual labor by 80%
Hang Jian Tech deployed its AI-powered drone inspection system in a 1.5 km MRT tunnel section between Caoya and Kaohsiung International Airport. The drone flies a Z-shaped path to fully scan beams and structural elements. Equipped with five high-resolution cameras, it captures over 3,000 images per flight. Onboard AI detects cracks, leaks, rail deformations, and foreign objects in real time. All data is uploaded live to a central dashboard, where issues are automatically flagged, reported, and sent to relevant personnel—eliminating risky manual inspections. The system enhances safety, speeds up post-disaster response, and supports daily maintenance in challenging underground environments.

Emergency Response Applications
Real-time 3D mapping and thermal video streaming for disaster relief and emergency search.
-
Supports 4G/5G live feeds to command centers
-
Enables BVLOS flight and auto-deployment over hazardous zones
-
Equipped with RTK + multi-GNSS for accurate rescue positioning
-
Integrated with mission planning and resource dispatch tools
In large-scale emergencies such as earthquakes or industrial fires, drones equipped with real-time 3D modeling and AI-assisted inspection become critical tools for situational awareness. Through 4G/5G transmission, thermal and optical video can be streamed live to command centers—helping locate survivors, identify fire sources, or assess access routes. With RTK GNSS and multi-constellation support, drones provide centimeter-level accuracy even in complex environments like collapsed buildings or mountain terrain. The system supports mission planning, automated BVLOS flights, and AI-based damage analysis, reducing risk to responders while improving speed and coordination. It's especially useful in chemical zones, flooded areas, or infrastructure collapse, where real-time aerial views can save lives.
